Weston
Noble,
the Ervin and Phyllis Johnson professor of music at Luther College
in Decorah, Iowa, is celebrating his 54th year as conductor
of Luther College’s Nordic Choir. Dr. Noble is an internationally
known conductor and clinician, having served as guest conductor
for over 800 music festivals in all 50 states, Canada, Europe,
Australia and South America. The recipient of many prestigious
awards and honors, Dr. Noble is highly regarded by musicians world-wide
who have been privileged to sing and play under his direction.

JoAnn
Rediger, Youth
JoAnn K. Rediger is Director of Choral Ensembles
at Taylor University, Upland, Indiana. Dr. Rediger is herself a
graduate of Taylor, as well as a former member of the renowned Taylor
Chorale, which she now directs. An experienced music educator,
adjudicator and clinician, Dr. Rediger is also an accomplished church
organist and minister of music. Dr. Rediger brings a combination
of musical excellence and a spiritual sensitivity that creates a wonderful
time of worship in both rehearsal and concert arenas.

Wyrick, Children
Ginger G. Wyrick,
author, conductor, clinician, lecturer, teacher and
performer, makes her home in Charlotte, North Carolina,
where she is the Director of Choral Activities at Queens
University. A writer and editor, Ms. Wyrick has
published resources for choir members and directors,
as well as numerous children’s anthems and a children’s
musical. She has been a presenter at national
symposiums of her extensive research on the changing
role of music in the United States and the local church.

Janet
Van Valey, Handbells
Janet L. Van Valey is
a church musician, music educator, author, choral conductor,
handbell director and clinician who lives in Michigan. She
is the founding director of The Kalamazoo Ringers,
one of the oldest community handbell choirs in the
country. She is a long-time leader in the handbell
community, at all levels from local to international. Mrs.
Van Valey has co-authored handbell curriculum and has
written resources on the use of handbells and chimes
together.

Ernest
Gross, Instrumental
Ernest H, Gross III, “Chip”,
is Director of Instrumental Music at Judson College,
Elgin, Illinois. Dr. Gross conducts and tours
with the Judson College Symphonic Band and its Jazz
and Brass Ensembles and has created the recently formed
Judson College Community Orchestra, which includes
musicians from the Elgin community. Dr. Gross
is active as a trumpet concert artist, including early
music performances on natural trumpet and cornetto,
as well as modern performances of brass chamber music
and orchestral music.

Hobby, Organ
Robert A. Hobby is
Director of Music at Trinity English Lutheran Church,
Fort Wayne Indiana, where his responsibilities include
serving as organist, overseeing the choral program,
coordinating the church’s concert series and supervising
its choral series publications and its recording schedule. Mr.
Hobby is a commissioned composer of over one hundred
compositions available through a variety of publishers. He
is an active concert artist and clinician, traveling
and teaching throughout the United States, as well
as an author of worship materials

Marshall, Worship
Molly T. Marshall is
Professor of Theology and Spiritual Formation at Central Baptist
Theological Seminary, Kansas City, Kansas. Dr. Marshall has
taught theological studies in several colleges and seminaries and
has provided pastoral leadership to several churches. Dr.
Marshall is in demand as a Bible teacher, lecturer, retreat leader
and preacher. She is the author of several books, as well
as articles for numerous collections, journals and newsletters. Music
conference attendees will find Dr. Marshall to be an engaging and
compelling worship leader.
